My take on Alton Brown’s Parmesan Cheese Crisps

Here’s what I’ve you will be making today Young Padawon, A recipe from Alton Brown Parmesan cheese crisps.

Ok I like to point out your oven must be pre heated to 350 degrees before you start so go do that now!

Don’t fret Young jedi, It’s not as bad as you think! Ok now let’s get cooking!

Ok  Now gather  all the ingredients you you see in the photo, I’ll wait.

If  you cannot see the thumbnail well, Here’s the list

  1. a container of Parmesan “Shown”
  2. 1-2 shakes of Salt “in other words a pinch of salt”
  3. 1-2 shakes of Pepper “in other words a pinch of Pepper”
  4. 1 shakes of Curry powder “in other words a pinch of Curry powder”
  5. shakes of Cillie powder “in other words a pinch of Chillie powder”

Ok now that you grabbed all of your ingredients we can get started.

Step one Make sure your pan, or try is properly lined example A shown below.

Ok good it is.

Step 2, Take your Parmesan cheese and place them in single row culums like you see in example b

Step 3, Take your first ingredient the salt and add a pinch like you see in example C

Step 4,  Now take your curry podwer and add just a pinch like you see in example D

Step 5, Go ahead and grab your last ingredient, That will be your chillie powder and sprinkle a pinch on each one like the example E shown beblow

Ok now we’re on the very last step, The very last step is easy enough.

Grab your try, open the oven door place the try on the middle rack and let back for 6 minutes.

Ok the 6 minute is up and now it’s time to let them stand about 10 minutes before you can eat them!
