  8. 1 & 3/4th cups of Mixed Veggies “The one with Carrots, green bees, corn.

Let’s Get Rocking!

1.  Ok let’s take our crock pot and fill it half way water and turn the crock pot to low.

2.  Now get your Chicken & or Beef bullion cube and drop it into the water.

3.  Get your Mesa flour and put 2 cups into a bowl.

Are you still with me Young Padawon?

Good, let’s continue.

4.  Now get your stew meat out and troll it through the Mesa flour or until each piece of meat is covered with the flour.

5.  Now go grab your iron skillet (probably a medium sized one will work for this step) and then put the burner on low and drizzle the oil “I like to use virgin olive oil for my taste”.

6.  Once the skillet gets warm go ahead and put each piece of meat into the skillet and brown on each side.

Ok, your still with me aren’t you Young Padawon? That’s good to hear!

7.  Once the browning is done go head and drain the meat into a drainer and a coffee tin “or something that you can put the external grease into”.

8.  Ok, Once you have drained the meat go ahead and GENTLY slide the meat into the slow cooker and turn the dial to Warm and let warm over night!

Ok, I will add more to this recipe tomorrow I have to jet.
