Stuffed Poblanos

  • You will need 3 -6 poblanos ( depending on your party size )
  • 1 pkg slab bacon

Gather them up and we will get started ok?

Frying the bacon

Step 1.  Gather all the ingredients.

Step 2. I use slab bacon it tastes much better then store bought.

Step 3. Fry the bacon in the gorge forman or a frying pan.

Step 4. once the bacon is done get 4x paper towels sheets.

use 2 of the sheets as a bed for your fried bacon, now place the fried bacon ontop of the 2 sheets of paper towels and grab the remaining 2 sheets and use them to pat the greese away from the bacon.

Step 5. leave the bacon on the towel and we’ll move on.

Let’s fry those poblanos  shall we?

Step 1a. Get your iron skillet and place it on a burner, if you don’t have an Iron Skillet then use a normal pan. Put the peanut oil in cold and put the stove on medium to high.
